IDENTIFICATION, GENERAL DATA MANAGEMENT BODY: ALBACETE CITY COUNCIL, SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE (SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE) DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL: TITLE: Call for aid for payment of the Garbage Rate to Pensioners for the year 2024. OBJECT: Financial aid in favor of holders of a minimum pension, for the payment of the Garbage Rate garbage collection, already paid by the beneficiary and corresponding to the year 2024. BENEFICIARIES: The following will be entitled to financial aid for garbage collection corresponding to the year 2023: Persons with minimum pensions who are taxpayers who own the fee, or, in the case of leasing the home, the fee must be paid by the tenant as stated in the rental contract. In the case of being a widow's pensioner, the refund of the fee will be accepted even if the receipt still appears in the name of the deceased spouse. In any case, the request must be made in the name of the pensioner, who will be the beneficiary of the refund if approved. For the purposes of the application, a pensioner entitled to this refund is considered to be any person who is a beneficiary of a minimum contributory, or non-contributory, pension paid by Social Security or the competent body of the Social Services of the Autonomous Community, for retirement, disability, permanent, total or absolute disability, widowhood, orphanhood, in favor of relatives and SOVI (compulsory old-age and disability insurance). If the same person receives two or more pensions, the sum of them may not exceed €1,549.90 (which corresponds to the minimum of the highest pension in 2024). AMOUNT: The amount of the aid will be 100% of the expense corresponding to the garbage collection rate for the year 2023, paid by the applicant. The total amount of the call amounts to €24,000.00. REGULATORY BASIS: Rules of the Call and other applicable regulations published in BOP No. 52 dated 04-05-22. APPLICATION PERIOD: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP.
