Official description of the call
Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in the general subsidy ordinance of the Island Council of Mallorca and the autonomous bodies that depend on it (BOIB no. 21, of February 18, 2017), modified by agreement of the Plenary of June 14, 2018 (BOIB no. 96, of August 4, 2018). Purpose The purpose of this call is to subsidize the activities carried out from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, related to the promotion of the use of the Catalan language, for: signage in the Catalan language both in establishments and on vehicles. labeling (information on the composition, characteristics, ingredients, etc. of the product) in Catalan language. the Catalan language edition of printed material on paper (commercial brochures, leaflets, envelopes, business cards, IDs, posters, administrative or accounting documents...) the Catalan language edition of restaurant menus. the Catalan language edition of merchandising (stickers, calendars, diaries, bookmarks, bags, mugs, t-shirts, roll-up screens...) the Catalan language edition of web pages, Internet portals, QR codes, mobile applications and all types of online platforms. Beneficiaries In accordance with the provisions of point 4 of the call, companies with physical or legal personality located in the territory of Mallorca, and communities of property in Mallorca that meet the requirements set forth in the call may be beneficiaries. Amount During the 2024 budget year, the total amount of €245,000.00 corresponding to the budget item is allocated. 20.33450.77900. Submission of applications In accordance with the provisions of point 12 of the call, the deadline to request aid is 20 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB).
