Official description of the call
1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Consell de Mallorca. (Approved by Plenary Agreement of December 23, 2016 –BOIB no. 21, of 02/18/2017–, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 14, 2018 –BOIB no. 96, of 08/04/2018–) The Consell de Mallorca will publish an extract of this call for subsidies in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands and will transfer the information about it to the National Subsidies Database that operates as a national subsidy advertising system. The concession agreement will be published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands and the information on the subsidies awarded will be transferred to the National Subsidies Database. 2. Objective To develop cultural revitalization projects in Mallorca aimed at the community in general and the university community in particular. Support university cultural activities with the intention, on the one hand, of making known and disseminating different aspects of culture in general among the population and, on the other, promoting and slowing down collective cultural initiatives through dynamization, impulse and stimulation of the university community. 3. Beneficiaries Universities that are domiciled in Mallorca or, being nationals of a member state of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area, have an operational establishment in Mallorca before the publication of the extract of this call and carry out cultural revitalization projects in Mallorca may be beneficiaries. 4. Budget allocation During the 2024 budget year, the amount of €95,000.00 is allocated to this call from budget application 20.33430.45390. 5. Submission of applications Applications can be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands. Interested persons or entities will have to fill out the application forms for this call that are available on the electronic headquarters of the Consell de Mallorca: https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/ section "Subsidies, grants, scholarships and awards". The submission of applications must be made through the electronic registry of the Consell de Mallorca https://cim.secimallorca.net/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12082 6.
