Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. All Municipalities and Minor Local Entities of the province of Alicante with less than 5,000 inhabitants, as long as they are not subject to any of the causes of prohibition to be a beneficiary of subsidies in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Object. Promote the repair and improvement of roads corresponding to municipally owned road infrastructure. For the purposes of the call, it will be understood that they are <> those of municipal ownership, not classified as a road or urban area, which, starting on a road or in an urban center, end without discontinuity in another communication route or urban center and have a continuous layout with an initial kilometer point and an end kilometer point. Within these actions, three lines are defined in which potential beneficiaries may make their requests: - Line 1 Simple repairs and potholes. - Line 2 Clearing. The actions to be included will be carried out with mechanical means. - Line 3 Opening of roads cut off due to weather incidents. In this line, the minimum actions will be carried out for the strict restoration of the viability of roads, agricultural and inter-urban roads of municipal ownership, cut off or impassable as a result of dragging, landslides, erosion due to rain, and some small repair work may be carried out that is essential for said opening). The purpose of this Call is to satisfy the needs of the inhabitants of the municipality and collaborate in economic and technical assistance and cooperation with Local Entities. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Plenary of the Excma. Provincial Council of Alicante, in session of April 14, 2005, (BOP no. 118, of May 27, 2005) and Specific Rules included in the Call. Room. Amount. - The initial amount allocated to this Call will be FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€450,000.00), although the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€50,000.00) is reserved for the actions corresponding to Line 3, allocating the subsidies granted under the budget application 34.4541.4620000 called ‘Subv. Aytos. population less than 5,000 h. for repair and conservation 'non-provincial roads' of the current budget for the 2024 annuity, and this, without prejudice to the variations that may occur as a result of possible budget modifications duly approved throughout the 2024 financial year, setting the maximum additional amount in the amount of TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€225,000.00), whose application to the concession will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of the article. 58.2 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - The concession will be carried out on a competitive basis through a closed call for Lines 1 and 2 defined and open for Line 3, under the terms established in the call, and in accordance with the Subsidies Ordinance of the Excma. Provincial Council of Alicante under the protection of Base 18.1.D of the current Budget Execution that establishes that the granting of subsidies will be carried out in accordance with the criteria of publicity, transparency, concurrence, objectivity and non-discrimination, through ordinary or open calls, in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Provincial Plenary Session of April 14, 2005, as well as the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its regulations. - The maximum budget for the execution of the actions object of this call for actions included within Line 1 and 2, will be graduated depending on the surface area of the municipal area of the requesting municipality, as follows: SURFACE MUNICIPAL TERMINAL CLEARING (€) SIMPLE REPAIRS AND POTHOLES (€) from 0 to 10 km2 1,500.00 4,000.00 of more than 10 to 20 km2 2,000.00 5,500.00 more than 20 km2 2,500.00 7,000.00 For the actions on Line 3 referring to the opening of the road, the amount of the subsidy may not exceed the amount of 5,000.00 euros per municipality and rainy episode. - The maximum amounts of subsidies to be granted by the Provincial Council for the execution of the actions ob
