Official description of the call
RULES First.- All falleras commissions of the municipality, duly registered in the municipal registry of associations, may be submitted to the awards organized by the Xàtiva City Council. Second.- The Xàtiva City Council will classify the prizes and their amounts in the following modalities: CITY COUNCIL AWARDS FOR THE FALLEROS MONUMENTS FALLAS 2024 First prize “Llibret” €600.00 Second prize “Llibret” €500.00 Third prize “Llibret” €350.00 Quart prize “Llibret” €200.00 Fifth “Llibret” prize €150.00 Sixth “Llibret” prize €100.00 Local criticism €300.00 Fallera criticism €300.00 Best “Ninot” €800.00 Best children’s “Ninot” €500.00 LGTBIQ+ award €400.00 First prize special section €3,500.00 Second prize special section €2,500.00 Third prize special section €2,250.00 Fourth prize special section €2,000.00 Fifth prize special section €1,750.00 First prize first section €1,500.00 Second prize first section €1,200.00 Third prize first section €1,000.00 First prize second section €1,000.00 First prize third section €800.00 First prize for children in special section €1,500.00 Second prize for children in special section €900.00 Third prize for children in special section €500.00 First prize for children in first section €800.00 First prize for children in second section €600.00 First prize for children in third section €400.00 TOTAL PRIZES €26,400.00 Third.- Appoint the Fallera Local Board as collaborating entity for the purposes of the appointment of the specialist jury that will deliberate and decide on the awards listed in the second base and for which the financial award granted in these bases has been established, which will become effective once the jury minutes are presented, which will be drawn up for this purpose by the JLF and prior to the appropriate administrative procedures. Within a month of the awards ceremony, on March 16, at the Xàtiva City Hall, the JLF will deliver the minutes of the winning Fallas commissions via electronic headquarters. Fourth.- In order for the Fallas commissions to receive payment of the prizes awarded by the jury appointed by the JLF, the latter will send to the Department of Festive Culture, by entry registration and before May 31, the following documentation: - Certificate of exclusion of the obligation to withhold or deposit - Special tax regime (credit the exemption from the obligation to retain or deposit in advance) - In case of having suffered any modification in the bank account with respect to the previous year, the Third Party Maintenance or the new bank ownership certificate. - Certificates of being up to date with payments with the AEAT - Certificates of being up to date with payments with the TGSS These last two certificates may be replaced by a responsible declaration from the president of the association authorizing the Xàtiva City Council to carry out the checks, requesting the relevant reports from the Tax Agency and Social Security. Fifth.- The total amount of the prizes awarded will be deposited into the current accounts of the winning Fallas commissions by bank transfer. Sixth.- The granting of financial prizes to the 2024 Fallas commissions will be charged to budget item 3E1.338.48901 Fallas. AT: Fallas de Xàtiva Awards, for the financial year 2024.
