Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of February 23, 2024 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, which approves the call for subsidies FOR NEW BUSINESSES AND CONSOLIDATION OF EXISTING THOSE IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA 2024 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/745659): First. Beneficiary Persons: This aid is aimed at both natural and legal persons, cooperatives, civil societies, communities of property and other legally constituted entities without legal personality, which carry out their activity in commercial establishments open to the public located in the city of Valencia, whether they are self-employed persons, small businesses or micro-enterprises. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these subsidies is to support the commercial activities of the city of Valencia to meet the current expenses derived from the ownership, exercise, development and improvement of the business or commercial activity. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), elevated to final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The maximum amount intended to cover this aid amounts to a total of €1,576,013.75, which will be attributed to the budget application TB520 43120 47910 of the current municipal Budget. Fifth. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. THE PERIOD WILL BE 20 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY FOLLOWING THE PUBLICATION IN THE BOP.
