Extract from Mayor's Resolution No. 2024-208 dated February 21, 2024 by which Subsidies are called for the Poster Contest Announcing the XIX Calatravas Festivals 2024, through the competitive bidding procedure. First. Beneficiaries. National and foreign authors may participate with a maximum of two works per author. Second. Object. The purpose of the subsidy is to call for the regulation of the rules of the Poster Contest Announcing the XIX Calatrava Festivals 2024 for the national and international promotion of the Calatrava Festivals of Alcaudete. The following activities may be subject to subsidy: — Works with free technique subject to the regulations specified in article 5 of the regulatory bases. The following will not be subject to subsidy: — Those works that do not comply with the regulations of article 5 of the regulatory bases. Third. Regulatory Bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law, in Title II, Chapter III. Special regulations, Base 36 to Base 42, of the Execution Bases of the 2024 General Budget approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on November 30, 2023 (final approval published in BOP No. 9 on January 12, 2024), and other legislation that is applicable on a basic or supplementary basis. Room. Amount of aid. A FIRST PRIZE of €1,200 is established for the winning poster. The budget credits to which the prizes are attributed are those corresponding to Budget Item 2024-432-48000 “Calatravas Festival Subsidy to families and non-profit institutions”. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2024. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application: - Documents that prove the personality of the applicant and, where applicable, the representation of the person signing the application (copy of DNI). - THE OFFICIAL ANNEXES ARE MANDATORY, and the data is not allowed to be delivered in any format other than that of the annex provided by these bases. In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present them, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued.
