Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index): Object, conditions and purpose of the granting of the subsidy.- This call has The objective is to subsidize projects aimed at the recovery of historical memory by City Councils (excluding minor local entities) of the province of Valencia. Regulatory bases.- This call is governed by the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by Plenary agreement in a session of March 28, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, number 107, of June 5, 2023. Budgetary credits to which the subsidy is attributed and maximum total amount.- They will be financed by the application 641334.11 762.00, with a maximum estimated amount of 702,000 euros, which is intended to be paid with the following breakdown: - 501,000 euros charged to the expenses budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2024 - 201,000 euros charged to the expenses budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2025. Eligible activities.- The activities Eligible are: - The construction of funerary works for the burial of cadaveric remains that have been previously exhumed from common graves. - The installation of testimonial or explanatory elements in recognition of buildings, places and geographical spaces linked to historical memory, because some type of action or event had occurred in them in the period between the outbreak of the Civil War and the end of the Dictatorship. - The conditioning and restoration of buildings, facilities, places and geographical spaces referred to in article 20 of Law 14/2017, of November 10, of the Generalitat linked to the Civil War or the subsequent political and social repression. Beneficiaries.- City councils of the province of Valencia, with the exception of minor local entities. Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in art. 13 of the General Law of Subsidies, nor those that are indebted to the Provincial Council of Valencia or its dependent entities in the terms expressed in the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valencia. Compatibility.- This subsidy is compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any other administration or public or private entity. The subsidy awarded in this call, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. Amount of subsidies.- The maximum amount of the subsidy may reach up to 100% of the eligible cost of the projects presented. Each entity can present a maximum of three projects. Concession procedure.- This call is governed by the competitive bidding procedure and will be prepayable. Deadline for submitting applications.- 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. The request will be made through the "City Council Folder", using the forms available on said electronic platform.
