EXTRACT OF THE PRESIDENCY'S RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL CALL FOR INDIVIDUALIZED ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR SOCIAL EMERGENCY AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE OF THE LA SERRANIA COMMUNITY 2024. First. Object. Subsidies are granted to finance different economic benefits of an extraordinary and final nature, aimed at individuals and family units, in order to remedy a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect their personal, social and economic autonomy, and that cannot be resolved with their own resources or means in order to achieve their normal human and social development. Second. Requirements. A/ Social Emergency Benefits. Effective residence accredited in one of the municipalities that make up the La Serranía Commonwealth for at least 6 months. Be over 18 years old. Have a gross per capita income no higher than that established annually by the Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing. Not have access to other public aid, nor have assets and/or rights other than habitual housing, that cover the entire need for which this aid is requested. That there is no school absenteeism in the family unit of cohabitation. In the case of unemployed people, they must be registered as job seekers, as well as be up to date with renewals and actively seeking employment. B/ PEI's to improve the autonomy of older people. Be over 60 years old. That there are motor or sensory deficiencies that prevent or hinder mobility. That the request refers to elements related to accessibility and communication needs and are suitable. Third. Eligible expenses. A/PEI's of Social Emergency. Basic energy supplies. Essential expenses for the use of the habitual residence. Extraordinary expenses due to serious circumstances or urgent social needs for basic subsistence needs. Expenses to cover basic needs of the family or cohabitation unit. Expenses for travel necessary for medical, training or job placement actions. B/ PEI's to improve the autonomy of older people. Technical aids: Personal adaptations (hearing aids, etc.). Motor vehicle adaptations. Room. Requests. The application will be made by submitting the standardized forms for granting subsidies, accompanied by complementary documentation, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance regulating these aids. Fifth. Objective concession criteria. The granting criteria will be based on compliance with the requirements and obligations demanded for each case and its adequate justification. The maximum amount of aid may not be higher than the cost of the need to be covered or exceed the established economic module. The aid included in the General Budget for this aid in fiscal year 2024 is €44,300.00, being the global grant limit. Sixth. Term.
