Official description of the call
First.- Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, to enhance the operation of business associations in the road passenger transport sector, in accordance with the abbreviated procedure established in article 28 of Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies. 2. The regulatory bases for this aid are set out in Order IND/32/2021, of June 28, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 129, of July 6, 2021, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for business associations in the passenger transport sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. Second.- Financing. The present aid will be financed from the budget application 04.04.453C.482 “Transporter Associations”, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2024, for a maximum amount of 18,000 euros. Third.- Beneficiaries. 1. Business associations of public passenger transport, including taxis or auto-taxi, with tax domicile in Cantabria, that have been legally constituted prior to January 1, 2024 and that prove representativeness before the National Road Transport Committee, may be beneficiaries of this aid. 2. Those who are in any of the situations provided for in sections 2 and 3 of article 12 of Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies may not be beneficiaries. Fourth.- Applications: deadline, place and documentation. 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. The application model and the rest of the complementary models will be available on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, in its section “Attention to Citizens 012”, “Aids and Subsidies” (http://www.cantabria.es). 2. The application, duly completed and signed by the person who holds the legal representation of the association, will be addressed to the head of the Department of Development, Territorial Planning and Environment and will be presented through the Common Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria at the electronic address “https://sede.cantabria.es/”. The electronic certificate with which the submitted documentation is signed must correspond to the person who holds the legal representation of the applicant." 3. The documentation referred to in section 6.3 of the call resolution must be provided along with the application. 4. For the purposes of determining the temporal priority between the applications, the date and time of submission of the application in the Common Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria will be considered, provided that it is complete. In case If it is not complete, the date and time of presentation will be considered once completed, either at the request of the administration or at the initiative of the applicant.
