ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http:/www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bndnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries The Provincial Council of Zamora proceeds to the public call for subsidies between the Local Entities of the province of Zamora, with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Second. Object 1.-The Provincial Council of Zamora proceeds to the call under a public competition regime for subsidies between the Local Entities of the province of Zamora, with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, for the execution of those works destined for sports and cultural infrastructures and children's and bio-healthy parks of the City Councils of the province of Zamora. A single action will be financed and specifically the following lines will be financed: LINE 1.- Municipally owned sports facilities: new sports facilities, recovery and improvement of existing facilities, accessibility works and their energy efficiency (lighting and air conditioning). Electronic items such as scoreboards and sports equipment are excluded from the subsidy. LINE 2.- Cultural facilities of municipal ownership: new construction, improvement and equipment of libraries, reading rooms, museums, interpretation centers, cultural halls, theaters and other types of facilities for exclusively cultural use. LINE 3.- Municipally owned playgrounds and bio-healthy parks: new construction, improvement, enclosure or replacement of flooring to adapt it to regulations and acquisition of elements for playgrounds and bio-healthy parks. The subsidy for the acquisition of furniture and equipment in these three lines of action may not exceed 40% of the total investment in any case. Only one application may be submitted with two actions from among the three proposed lines, establishing a priority between them. If you are a beneficiary of the subsidy, only one of the two requested actions will be financed. Third. Regulatory bases By Agreement of the Government Board dated February 28, 2024, the regulatory bases are approved, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the notice board of the Provincial Council of Zamora. Fourth.- Amount. The amount allocated to granting subsidies to carry out the actions planned in this call will be 2,000,000 euros. The Provincial Council of Zamora, regarding the financing of said actions, will allocate according to the line of action: WORKS FINANCING DEPUTATION BUDGET ITEM Sports facilities €1,000,000.00 32,342.0 762.00 Cultural facilities €300,000.00 32,334.0 762.00 Playgrounds and bio-healthy €700,000.00 32 171.0 762.00 TOTAL €2,000,000.00 The Zamora Provincial Council will finance a maximum of 75% of those works that are selected until the total amount authorized for this purpose is exhausted, and the Town Councils must commit to making at least a 25% contribution in the event that they are beneficiaries of the subsidy. The beneficiary City Councils that result from applying the selection and assessment criteria established in the tenth base, will obtain a maximum of the following subsidy: *LINE 1 SPORTS FACILITIES, the maximum amount subsidized by the Provincial Council for each beneficiary will be €18,750.00, plus the City Council's contribution, which will be at least 25%. *LINE 2 CULTURAL FACILITIES, the maximum amount subsidized by the Provincial Council for each beneficiary will be €15,000.00, plus the contribution from the City Council, which will be at least 25%. *LINE 3 CHILDREN'S PARKS AND BIOSHEALTHY PARKS, the maximum amount subsidized by the Provincial Council for each beneficiary will be €7,500.00, plus the City Council's contribution, which will be at least 25%. Fifth.- Deadline for Submitting Applications The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of its extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora.
