Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Any natural or legal person, not belonging to the public sector, legally constituted, who certifies that their activity is non-profit, compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, who has the means and capacity to carry out the activities and guarantee compliance with the objectives and is not included in any of the cases contained in article 13, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Second. Purpose To finance the holding of informative activities and communication actions about the European Union that take place during the year 2024, from the moment the concession is known until October 31, 2024. In particular, those informative activities and communication actions will be prioritized, including some of the thematic areas listed below: democratic participation in the EU and new institutional cycle, future of the European Union, enlargement, economic, social and territorial cohesion, new policy of Migration and Asylum, foreign relations of the European Union, with special attention to Latin America and the Caribbean; South Neighborhood; Africa and the EU; EU Strategic Agenda, Social Affairs; Domestic market; and Green, Digital and Social Transition. Third. Regulatory bases Order AEC/240/2014, of February 18, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the holding of communication actions and informative activities, on matters related to the scope of the powers of the Secretary of State for the European Union (BOE no. 45, of February 21). Room. Amount Maximum amount: 600,000.00 euros, distributed among all applicants who are beneficiaries. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other information The payment of the subsidy will be made in the year 2024, once the activity that is the subject of the subsidy and the application of funds has been carried out and justified, in the manner indicated in section 12 of the call.
