IDENTIFICATION, GENERAL DATA: MANAGEMENT BODY: ALBACETE CITY COUNCIL, SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE (SOCIAL ACTION SERVICE) DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL: TITLE: Call for subsidies for the development of Programs and Activities of general interest of the non-profit Women's Associations and Federations of Albacete and Districts year 2024. OBJECT: Activities and programs of general interest aimed at associations and federations of women in the city of Albacete and its districts for the year 2024. Projects that include: - Activities related to raising awareness and promoting gender equality will be subsidized. - Scholarships, prizes and other incentives that are included in activities to promote gender equality. - Operating expenses of the associations themselves, with a limit for this concept in the 2024 call of 30% of the amount of the subsidized amount. - Food, subsistence and accommodation expenses that are inherent and essential for the development of the project may be eligible for subsidies. Projects that have participated in other subsidy calls from the Albacete City Council in 2024 will not be subsidized. BENEFICIARIES: Entities may participate in this call individually or, in collaboration with other women's associations, with the requirements established in the regulatory bases of these subsidies, with the following requirements: Be legally constituted as non-profit associations or federations of women, with headquarters or delegation in Albacete, with a minimum of one year, on the date of end of the application submission period. Have among the purposes of the statutes objectives consistent with those provided for in the bases. Registration in the General Registry of Associations of the Albacete City Council. Have approved the programming of activities for 2024 in the General Assembly of members. Be up to date with your tax obligations, with Social Security and taxes with the Albacete City Council, Law 38/2003. AMOUNT: This call will be financed from the existing credits in the budget item enabled for this purpose in the General Budget of the Albacete City Council for the financial year 2024, for which €20,000 will be allocated. No subsidy may exceed €2,000 for all concepts to each association and €3,000 for women's federations. REGULATORY BASIS: Rules of the Call and other applicable regulations published in BOP No. 25 dated 02-27-19 and BOP No. 20 dated 02-16-24. APPLICATION PERIOD AND JUSTIFICATION: The submission period will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The justification of the approved subsidy will be made before March 31, 2025, by means of a supporting account through the Electronic Headquarters of the Albacete City Council, through a General Instance with the annexes included in the bases of the call. Once the established justification period has elapsed without having submitted it to the competent body, the latter will require the beneficiary entity to do so within the non-extendable period of 15 days. If it is not presented, the file will be archived and the responsibilities established in the Law will be demanded.
