Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): FIRST: BENEFICIARIES. To participate in the selection process, applicants for the award who present projects must be 18 years old before the end of the application submission period and meet the following requirement: Be in possession or be able to obtain it before the end of the application submission period, at least one of the following qualifications: • Leisure Time Activities Monitor (MAT) or equivalent. • Director of Free Time Activities (DAT) or equivalent. • Youth Information professional certificate or any other professional certificate related to youth or community development. • Higher Technician Sociocultural and Tourist Animation. • Higher Social Integration Technician. • Higher Technician in Teaching and Socio-Sports Animation. SECOND: OBJECT. “Healthy nightlife in Mislata” is a project of the Youth Council and the Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Conduct (UPCCA) of the Mislata City Council, framed in the context of the “Practica Salud” program of the leisure time, health and risk behaviors, breaking the communication difficulties that often cause the age difference between young people and adults. Therefore, it is a multidisciplinary program with emphasis on the community level where a set of methodological proposals for training, information and responsibility are offered, through leisure and free time activities for youth. The program will work on decision making, critical thinking, and healthy use of your free time. THIRD: REGULATORY BASES. Mayor's Decree, number 499, dated February 12, 2024. https://www.mislata.es/es/administracion/subvenciones/convocatorias-de-subvenciones-en-tramitacion/premios-de-dinamizacion-del-programa-juvenil-ocio-nocturno-saludable-en-mislata-2024 FOURTH. AMOUNT. The maximum budgetary allocation of the prizes amounts to €4,000 (four thousand) and is financed from budget application 3271 48100 of the municipal budget of the Mislata City Council for the year 2024. Each of the prizes is endowed with an amount of €400 gross, which will be supported by bank transfer upon completion of the projects. Your payment will be made in accordance with applicable tax legislation. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. The awarding of the prizes will involve the planning and execution of the selected projects, in a participatory manner, in the healthy nightlife sessions scheduled for 2024. • Mislata Jove 2202 – Spring Edition. • Mislata Jove 2202 – Summer Edition. • Mislata Jove 2202 - Popular Festivals. • Mislata Jove 2202 – Halloween Edition • Mislata Jove 2202 – Christmas Edition. The award-winning projects will be implemented under the direction, coordination and supervision of municipal youth technicians. The applicants/writers of the projects that submit to the call assume a firm commitment that if their projects are awarded, they will implement them in the terms and conditions regulated by this call.
