SUBSIDY APPLICATION FOR CLUBS SPORTS ACTIVITIES TO BE DEVELOPED IN THE YEAR 2024, OR SEASON 2023-2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Aid for sports activity projects to be developed in the year 2024 from January 1, 2024 to October 20, 2024, or 2023-24 season from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, by Associations, Clubs of the municipality of Huesca registered in the Registry of Citizen Associations of the City Council of Huesca. Parents' Associations of Primary and Secondary educational centers and activities carried out by clubs in schools are excluded as there is a specific aid line for sports in schools. Those activities or teams that receive help through any other municipal call are excluded. It is incompatible with the receipt of other municipal aid. Second. Purpose: Eligible expenses will be those directly related to each of the activities for which a subsidy is requested. Transportation, facilities, material, advertising, federation expenses, supplies, personnel expenses. Protocol, restaurant and hospitality expenses that do not correspond to the maintenance of sports trips for the competitions themselves, nor general expenses of the association in amounts greater than 15% are not admitted. Third. Regulatory Bases: Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Huesca City Council and its dependent Entities, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, No. 69, dated April 13, 2016. Fourth. Amount: The money allocated for subsidies by the Municipal Sports Board will amount to €90,000.00 (ninety thousand euros), from budget item 34103-48000 for fiscal year 2024. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
