Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies to socioeconomic associations of the municipality of Ontinyent, for 2024, with the purpose of collaborating economically in the financing of the activities of said entities and the maintenance of their usual activity. Second. Beneficiaries Legally constituted associative entities of a socio-economic nature that have their headquarters open in Ontinyent and are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations at least 1 year before the date of publication of the call with their data updated to the year of the call may apply for these aids (Art. 236.1 Regulation of organization and operation, BOE of 12/22/1986). Entities that meet any of the following conditions may not be beneficiaries: a) That are subject to any of the circumstances indicated in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS). b) That they maintain a collaboration agreement in force with the Ontinyent City Council that includes some type of subsidy from it. c) That they are dependent entities or that have some type of connection with other entities that have requested this aid or have a collaboration agreement. d) Those entities that have to justify a subsidy previously granted by this City Council or that have been subject to a resolution of total loss of the subsidy corresponding to the year prior to the call for applications due to non-compliance with the conditions established at the time of said concession. Third. Regulatory bases The ordinance of the regulatory bases of aid to associative entities of the municipality in the field of economic promotion, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 95 of 05/19/2022. Room. Financing The granting of the aid provided for in this call will be financed from budget application no. 15000-43300-48000 SUBV ENTITATS ASSOC ECONOMIC PROMOTION of the 2024 municipal Budget, with a maximum amount of 45,000.00 euros. Fifth. Submission deadline The deadline to submit applications will be from April 2 to 16, 2024.
