BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and herein BOJA. First. Call. The following line of aid is called for the year 2024, in the form of competitive competition regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the binding budget credits that are also indicated: Help line Maximum amount Budget item Restructuring and reconversion of vineyards in Andalusia, included in the Sectoral Intervention of the Sector Spanish Wine Industry (2024-2027) 3,000,000.00 euros. 3300150000/G/71F/47009/00 BO30020133 Second. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of this helpline will be winegrowers and future winegrowers, whose vineyards are destined or will be used for the production of wine grapes, and are registered in their name, or have a grubbing-up resolution or a planting authorization, in the viticultural registry of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia on the date of submission of the aid application. Third. Object. The purpose is to call for aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards, which also includes the replanting of vineyards after mandatory grubbing up for sanitary or phytosanitary reasons by order of the competent authority, which are going to be located in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the production of wine grapes. Room. Regulatory bases. Order of March 9, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards in Andalusia, included in the Sectoral Intervention of the Spanish Wine Sector (2024-2027), and calls for applications for the year 2023. Fifth. Amount. The provision of the line is established in the first section of this extract. Sixth. Application submission deadline. 1. Applications will be submitted within fifteen business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia of the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 2. Applications will be submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of the Order of March 9, 2023 and must be accompanied by the documentation described in article 16. Seventh. Annexes.
