Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: - The Associations that are part of the Registry of Local Entities of the Generalitat Valenciana of the province of Valencia. - The municipalities of the province of Valencia. The number of inhabitants of the requesting municipalities will be verified according to that established by Royal Decree 1085/2023, of December 5, by which the population figures resulting from the review of the municipal register referring to January 1, 2023 are declared official. - The minor local entities of the province of Valencia. Second. Object. Establish the conditions that will regulate the granting of subsidies for the municipalities, minor local entities and associations of the province of Valencia, in the implementation of the course plan "The language of our people." The course plan "The language of our people" is aimed at Valencian courses (face-to-face with the support of online resources) for the entire population aimed at improving the knowledge and use of Valencian. The purpose of the subsidies granted through these bases is to favor and contribute to the actions of promotion, development and use of the Valencian language that the entities subject to these bases carry out, with collaboration in the financing of the expenses generated Third. Regulatory bases. The General Subsidy Ordinance (OGS) of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by agreement of the Plenary of March 28, 2023 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOPV) No. 107, of June 5, 2023. Fourth. Amount. The financing of the expense derived from the granting of this subsidy, on a competitive basis, is seventy-three thousand six hundred euros (€73,600). It will be charged to the expenses budget of the Provincial Council of Valencia and to the credits approved for this purpose by the Corporation in the following budget applications: 009.334.06.462.00 To municipalities €33,600 009.334.06.463.00 To associations €33,600 009.334.06.468.00 To minor local entities €6,400 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPV. Sixth. Other data. The request, addressed to the president of the Provincial Council of Valencia, will be formalized through the electronic processing module of the Provincial Council of Valencia - City Council Folder -
