Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. UCLM doctoral students who meet all the requirements of the call may apply for these aids, including: - Be duly enrolled in any of the official UCLM doctoral programs in the second year or later of academic supervision in the 2023-24 academic year and during the period of the stay. - Possess the nationality of one of the countries of the European Union (EU) or of any other state that participates in the Erasmus+ program, or of third countries, in which case you must prove that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain during the entire period of the mobility. - Have an acceptance letter from the receiving center (host institution) specifying the acceptance of the doctoral student to carry out the stay within the Erasmus+ program, the dates of the stay, the name of the person in charge of the receiving center (host institution), as well as the signature of the person in charge and the seal or logo of the host institution. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided to carry out 30 predoctoral stays for UCLM doctoral students in Universities and Research Centers in the 2023/24 and 2024/25 academic years in countries of the KA131 action of the Erasmus+ program in the Short Doctoral Stays modality. The stays will have a minimum duration of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days and can be carried out in the following destinations: the 27 member states of the EU, as well as in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey and in the countries of the 14 region: Faroe Islands, United Kingdom and Switzerland. The stays will take place between May 5, 2024 and September 30, 2024. Each student may carry out several stays in the Erasmus+ program in the doctoral modality during the same academic year as long as they are not carried out simultaneously. The total number of months of stay in this modality may not exceed 12 months, added to the months of the stay requested in this call. Stays carried out as students of other Higher Education institutions also count for these purposes. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call, UCLM regulations, as well as the rules applicable to Erasmus international mobility. In the case of the Erasmus+ program, the specific regulations approved for this purpose and the general mobility regulations of the UCLM will also apply. Room. Amount of aid. The financial envelope of the aid and its conditions are subject to the contribution received from the financing entities (European Union, Ministry of Universities, Banco de Santander and UCLM). The number of places funded will depend on the available budget. Base 4-1 of the call includes the concepts and amounts of aid for each of them. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will remain open from the publication of the call on the UCLM website until 2:00 p.m. on April 12, 2024.
