Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Beneficiaries. Owners of agricultural holdings located in the Autonomous Community that meet the requirements established in the Bases and in the Call. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. This aid aims to compensate farmers for all or part of the additional costs and income losses as a result of the voluntary commitment to adopt organic production practices in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the production and labeling of organic products: Organic farming. Third.- Regulatory bases. They are included in the Resolution of March 9, 2023, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Territorial Cohesion, BOPA no. 50 of March 14, 2023. Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 35,000 Euros is established for beneficiaries with 2019 commitments with the following distribution: 31,000 euros charged to fiscal year 2024 and 4,000 euros charged to fiscal year 2025. 60,000 Euros for beneficiaries with 2020 commitments with the following distribution: 54,000 euros charged to fiscal year 2024 and 6,000 euros charged to the 2025 financial year. 225,000 Euros for beneficiaries with 2023 commitments, with the following distribution of annuities: 202,500 euros charged to the 2024 budgetary year and 22,500 euros charged to the 2025 budgetary year. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. As of the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA and April 30, 2024. Sixth.- Other data.
