Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Beneficiaries. Owners of agricultural holdings located in the Autonomous Community that meet the requirements established in the Bases and in the Call. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. This aid aims to compensate farmers for all or part of the additional costs and loss of income as a result of voluntary commitments to promote biodiversity in apple plantations by promoting the presence of birdlife with the placement of nest boxes, feeders, perches and the maintenance of tallows, and renouncing the use of insecticides and rodenticides. Third.- Regulatory bases. They are included in the Resolution of March 9, 2023, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Territorial Cohesion, BOPA no. 50 of March 14, 2023. Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 625,000 Euros is established, with the following distribution of annuities: 562,500 euros charged to the 2024 budget year and 62,500 euros charged to the 2025 budget year. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. As of the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA and April 30, 2024. Sixth.- Other data.
