Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. Teaching and research staff (PDI), research staff (PI) and research staff in training (PIF) assigned to the Department of Philosophy, Anthropology, Sociology and Aesthetics of the University of Castilla-La Mancha may attend the call. 2. In the case of associate professors assigned to this Department, they may benefit from this call if they have a current contract or if they submit the contract within 5 calendar days following the end of the application submission period. 3. In addition, all applicants must meet the following requirements: - Be active in the department indicated both on the last day of submission of applications and on the date of the congress or admission of the article for publication. - Not be subject to the prohibitions for obtaining the status of beneficiary of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The beneficiary must be up to date with their legal, tax and Social Security obligations. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for the publication of books, book chapters and articles in scientific journals, and for the presentation of communications and presentations at national or international scientific conferences, conferences and workshops. In the case of expenses for participation in scientific conferences, conferences and workshops, the following conditions will be taken into account: 1. The expenses must correspond to participation in scientific conferences, conferences and workshops in which the applicant presents a presentation or communication or develops tasks of active participation in the event. 2. The congress, conference or workshop must have been held between November 21, 2023 and the end date of the application submission period for this call. 3. Eligible expenses: registration for the congress, conference or workshop, travel, accommodation and food, expenses for printing posters and translation or linguistic revision of texts. In the case of expenses for the publication of books, book chapters and scientific articles, the following conditions will be taken into account: 1. The applicant will be the author of the publication for which aid is requested. 2. The works will have been subjected to an evaluation process for dissemination in a scientific publication between November 21, 2023 and the end date of the application submission period for this call. 3. Eligible expenses: expenses derived from the translation, linguistic revision and publication of books, book chapters and scientific articles. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 5,000 euros. There is no maximum number of aids nor a maximum amount for each of them. All requests received within the deadline, and that meet the requirements of this call, will be attended to until the planned budget is exhausted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the DOCM until midnight on May 31, 2024.
