Official description of the call

OÑATI CITY COUNCIL Call 2024 for subsidies for the hiring of people from socio-labor insertion processes. Announcement The Local Government Board of the Oñati City Council in a session held on March 14, 2024, among others, AGREES First. Approval of the call. Approve the 2024 call corresponding to subsidies for the hiring of people from socio-labor insertion processes, in accordance with the “Subsidies for the hiring of people from socio-labor insertion processes” approved in the Plenary Session of March 31, 2022. Financing. Approve for the subsidies corresponding to the 2024 budget year, an expense for a total amount of nine thousand euros (€9,000), charged to item 1 1000.471.241.01.01 2024 and its degree of connection. Deadlines. Approve the deadlines corresponding to the 2024 call: The deadline to request these aid will begin the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will end on November 29, 2024. Start date of the contracts: The contracts that are the subject of a subsidy under this call must have started between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. Second. Presentation of documentation. Both the bases and the forms to make the request can be consulted and obtained on the Oñati City Council website, in the section corresponding to “Subsidies managed by the Department of Socioeconomics”. In accordance with the provisions of article 28 of Law 39/2015 and article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Oñati City Council, through the Nisae interoperability node, will directly consult the necessary information to verify the requirements established for this aid. The applicant will have the option to oppose this verification, in which case they must present the relevant documentation. Third. The call approved by this agreement will take effect from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. This agreement is final and puts an end to the administrative procedure. Interested persons may directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal against it before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following its publication. However, private persons, in advance, may file an Optional Appeal for Reinstatement before the Governing Board, within a period of one month from the day following its publication. In this case, a contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the reconsideration appeal is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal has occurred. All this without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that is deemed pertinent. What is published for general knowledge.
