Official description of the call
On June 13, 2024, the extract of the “Resolution of June 10, 2024, of the General Directorate of the Public Business Entity Red.es, which calls for aid for the contracting of Advisory Services for the Digital Transformation of small and medium-sized companies in segment A, B and C within the framework of the Digital Spain 2026 Agenda, was published in the Official State Gazette, number 143. SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025 and the PRTR -Funded by the European Union- Next Generation EU (Agents of Change Program-Kit Consulting)” later modified by the extract of the Resolution of August 22, 2024 published in the Official State Gazette, number 205, of August 24, 2024, as well as by the extract of the Resolution of October 9, 2024 published in Official State Gazette, number 247, of October 12, 2024 By Resolution of November 14, 2024 of the public business entity Red.es, it has been agreed to expand the amount set in the “Resolution of the public business entity M.P.Red.es by which aid is called for the procurement of advisory services for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized companies in Segment A (between 10 and less of 50 employees), of Segment B (between 50 and less than 100 employees) and of Segment C (between 100 and less than 250 employees) within the framework of the Digital Spain 2026 Agenda, the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025 and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan -Funded by the European Union- Next Generation EU (Agents of Change Program - Kit Consulting)", increasing the maximum total amount of aid regulated in the Call to the amount of two hundred and seventy million euros (€270,000,000), increasing the amount assigned to “Segment A: Companies between 10 and less than 50 employees” by thirty-five million euros (€35,000,000.00), in accordance with the budgetary availability of the entity and the applicability of European funds. This same resolution extended the deadline for submitting applications for an additional period of two months, and in accordance with this extension, the maximum period for the formalization of the second and subsequent Agreements for the Provision of Advisory Services was extended. As a consequence, point 1 and 2 of the Fourth section “Amount”, the Fifth section "Deadline for Submission of Applications", and point 4 of the Sixth section "Other information" of the extract of the Resolution of June 10, 2024 will have the following wording: Fourth. Amount: 1. The maximum total amount of aid regulated in this Call amounts to the amount of two hundred and seventy million euros (€270,000,000), expandable by Resolution of the competent body under article 62.3 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, within the available credits, which will be financed through the corresponding budget item for the execution of the Mechanism. Recovery and Resilience, in line with Regulation (EU) No 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility, Article 9 of which states that aid granted under the Facility will be in addition to that provided under other Union programs and instruments, and that reforms and investment projects may be supported of other programs and instruments of the European Union as long as said aid does not cover the same cost. Likewise, Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, will apply. 2. The budget contemplated in the previous point, for an amount of two hundred and seventy million euros (€270,000,000), will be distributed between segments A, B and C as follows: Segment A, Companies between 10 and less than 50 employees: 160,000,000 Segment B, Companies between 50 and less than 100 employees: €60,000,000 Segment C, Companies between 100 and less than 250 employees: €50,000,000 In the event that any segment does not exhaust the credit intended for aid by the end of the application submission period, the granting body may distribute the resulting amount among the remaining segments by publishing the distribution.
