Official description of the call
1. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions for granting subsidies to entities that, during the financial year 2024, put in Basque, entirely or bilingually, the signs of their headquarters, their corporate image or their website in bilingual. 2. Beneficiaries The subsidies that are regulated through these bases may be requested by natural or legal persons who have their tax domicile in Arrasate, or who carry out their economic activity in premises located in Arrasate. The following cases are excluded from the scope of application of this program: a) Entities whose purpose is the normalization of Basque - that is, Basque associations, euskaltegis, ikastolas, ... - and public entities. b) Large companies or entities with more than 50 employees c) Companies whose share capital belongs more than 50% to the companies or entities mentioned in letter b). 3. Requirements to be met To receive the subsidy, the following requirements must be met: - In any case and for all cases: a) The text in Basque must be written correctly. b) The activity that is the subject of the subsidy must have been carried out within the year 2024. - For the cases of signs and corporate image: a) Do not contain only the name and surname of the person, given that in this case no type of subsidy will be granted. b) Have the text only in Basque or in Basque and in Spanish or another language. - For website cases: a) Have the tax domicile in Arrasate. b) Have the page in Basque and Spanish. 4. Documentation to be presented Together with the application form, the applicant must present the following documentation: - In any case and for all cases: a) Invoices for the expenses incurred. b) Prove, in the manner provided for in article 7 of the general bases, that you are up to date with your tax obligations to the Administration. Likewise, since the subsidy applications are for an amount less than 3,000 euros, said documentation may be replaced by a sworn statement from the interested person or representative of the entity that they are up to date with compliance with tax obligations. - For signs: a) Document or photograph showing the name of the sign b) The corresponding urban planning license granted by the City Council. Since this document must be issued by the Arrasate City Council itself, it will be verified ex officio, considering that, when submitting the subsidy application, the interested person authorizes the verification of the data. - For corporate image cases: a) A copy of each element produced or renewed by the entity. - For website cases: a) Website address. 5. Application submission deadline Applications for actions carried out during 2024 must be submitted before December 31. However, when the action subject to subsidy is carried out between November 1 and December 31, the period is extended by 1 month, until January 31, 2025. For these purposes, and in the absence of other documentation, the date of completion will be considered to coincide with the date of issue of the invoice, which must be in the year 2024. 6. Administrative unit in charge of processing The applications will be processed by the Euskera 7 Service. Application assessment criteria Only one subsidy will be awarded per concept and entity. To calculate the aid to be granted, the following criteria will be taken into account: 7.1. For labeling cases. a) In the event that the sign is placed entirely in Basque, the subsidy will be 50% of the cost, with a maximum subsidy limit of €300. b) In the event that the sign is placed in Basque and Spanish, the subsidy will be 25% of the cost, with a maximum limit of €150. In any case, priority should be given to the text in Basque, with respect to location, measurements or intensity. 7.2. For corporate image assumptions. 7.2.1 Concept: In order to apply the aid provided for in this program, the City Council will consider the following elements of the corporate image: a) Envelopes b) Letterhead sheets. c) Business cards. d) Identification seal of the entity
