2024 subsidies aimed at youth associations to carry out annual programs

Official description of the call

1. Object. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the call for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of youth associations in the municipality of Arrasate. 2. Beneficiary entities. Both local associations whose purpose is youth and the youth departments of the different local associations will be eligible for this aid. The beneficiary entities must meet the conditions required in article 4 of the general bases of this call regarding the obligation to register in the corresponding public registry. 3. Documentation to present. Interested entities must present, in addition to the documentation requested in the general bases of the 2024 call, the following documentation: - Objectives of the association, data of the responsible persons, number of associated people, main activities. - In the case of new associations, a presentation document that includes their scope of action, objectives, number of associated people, resources, etc. 4. Administrative unit in charge of processing. Applications will be processed by the Youth administrative unit. 5. Application assessment criteria. To calculate the aid regulated in these bases, the following criteria will be applied, with the score listed below for each section: 1. Social projection of the association, level of involvement with other social and cultural entities. Up to a maximum of 25 points. 2. Technical quality of the project presented (design, methodology, organization of resources, innovative nature, etc.) and its timeliness. Up to a maximum of 25 points. 3. Incidence and contribution of the program or activities at the local level in the areas of youth, culture and society. Up to a maximum of 25 points. 4. Effort made by the association both at the organizational and self-financing levels. Up to a maximum of 15 points. 5. Promotion of Basque. Up to a maximum of 10 points. In addition to these, preference will be given and the following characteristics will be positively valued: Consider the criterion of equality, promoting and promoting equality between men and women and, especially, guaranteeing the rights of women. Guarantee the trajectory and intergenerational transmission and ensure the continuity of the association, especially that of those who carry out their work in the municipality (socialization, involvement of new people,...). The environmental perspective will be especially valued by those entities that keep in mind the criterion of reuse and recycling in their resources, media and projects (posters, activities,...). In any case, proposals must obtain a minimum of 50 points to be able to obtain the subsidies included in this program. 6. Budget. The amount of aid called through this program amounts to €5,500, and will be financed from the budget item “1.0410.481.337.20.00 Subsidies for youth associations”. 7. Additional clause. In everything not expressly included in these specific rules, the provisions of the general rules of the call will apply. Likewise, the Municipal Subsidies Ordinance and Law 38/2003, General Subsidies and other corresponding legal provisions will govern.
