IRUN CITY COUNCIL Area of City Promotion, Economy and Finance Extract from Resolution No. 371 of March 25, 2024 of the Mayor's Office of the Irun City Council, which approves the general call for subsidies 2024 Subsidy line: Irun Ekintzan Award for innovation in the company All the documentation and information related to this call can be consulted on the Internet Portal of the City Council of Irun www.irun.org. PurposeThe purpose of this line of subsidy is to promote innovative culture; modernize the city's business fabric, promoting innovation in all areas of the company and in all sectors of the city's economic activity. Beneficiaries and requirements Two types of awards will be awarded: a) Irun Ekintzan Award for innovation to a company in Irun with more than 20 workers: at the proposal of the evaluation panel. An honorary award will be given; without financial award.b) Prizes for the rest of the companies. Under these conditions:They may acquire the status of beneficiary:1. Have its headquarters and/or a work center in Irun.2. Having launched, or planning to develop, an innovative project in any area of the company in the years 2023 or 2024.3. Not be subject to any of the circumstances set out in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.4. Be up to date with your tax obligations and with Social Security and the Irun City Council Financial allocation and amount Budget allocation: 10,000 euros. Its financing is subject to the allocation of adequate and sufficient credit, at the request of the investigative area of the file, in the budget for the 2025 financial year. Amount of the subsidy: - Irun ekintzan honorary award for the Irun company - 4,000 euros for the Irun company with less than 30 workers; - 4,000 euros to the service company; - 2,000 euros for the innovative idea. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the official publication of these bases and will end on November 29, 2024. Applications will be submitted to the Irun City Council through the Citizen Service Service (SAC), Municipal Electronic Headquarters or any other means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure.
