Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose The object is the granting of aid to children and young people of the municipality for participation in summer centers held in municipal facilities and for extracurricular and sports activities organized by local and/or publicly owned entities, on a competitive basis. Line 1.- Family aid for participation in summer centers held in municipal facilities will exclusively cover the cost of the registration fee for the activity. Expenses related to: dining room or outings, material and/or any other expenses not included in the fee are exempt, if any. Families that do not exceed the established economic thresholds may enjoy a discount on the price of the casal, for a maximum of 5 weeks, according to the annual income level of the family unit. Children and young people who in the 23-24 school year were enrolled in stages from I3 to 4T ESO may be beneficiaries of this line. Line 3.- Family aid for participation in extracurricular and sports activities organized by local and/or publicly owned entities will exclusively cover the amount of the activity. Expenses related to: registration, materials or any other expenses not included in the fee are exempt, if any. Families that do not exceed the established economic thresholds may enjoy a subsidized amount for extracurricular and sports activities, according to the annual income level of the family unit. Children and young people who in the 24-25 school year are enrolled in stages from I4 to 2N ESO may be beneficiaries of this line. 2. Financial allocation and determination of the budget application Line 1.- Family aid for participation in summer camps held in municipal facilities charged to budget application 03.2310.4650020 in the amount of twenty-one thousand euros (€21,000.00). Line 3.- Family aid for participation in extracurricular and sports activities, charged to budget application 03 2310 4800006 in the amount of twenty-one thousand five hundred euros (€21,500.0). 3. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications, which will be one month from the day following the publication of the corresponding edict in the Official Gazette of the Province and will be announced through the appropriate means (website, social networks, electronic headquarters, etc.) that guarantee its effective knowledge by the potential beneficiary natural persons. The bases, the application form, and the standard document models required for the application for this call can be found on the call page available at https://labisbal.cat/ajuntament/subvencions-municipales/. 4. Beneficiary requirements Parents/guardians of children and young people who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: Be registered in the Bisbal d'Empordà, with a minimum seniority of 3 months on the date of the call. Not have any outstanding debt related to the activities subject to the call. Have a level of annual income equal to or lower than the economic thresholds established in the regulatory bases. 5. Amount of subsidies LINE 1: FAMILY AID FOR PARTICIPATION IN SUMMER CENTERS HELD IN MUNICIPAL FACILITIES. Fixed amount of 30 euros or 15 euros per week, according to the economic threshold of the accredited family unit. The maximum bonus will be 5 weeks. LINE 3: FAMILY AID FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXTRA-SCHOOL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES. Fixed amount of 20 euros or 10 euros per month according to the economic threshold of the accredited family unit. The maximum to be repaid will be 9 monthly payments. 6. Instruction and resolution of the granting procedure Applications will be evaluated according to compliance with section 3 of the Regulatory Bases; These are exclusive criteria that will admit or exclude the application. In accordance with the competitive competition regime, in the event that the budgetary provision established in the call cannot comply with all of the applications presented, the following will be attended to: Firstly, those applications in which the Basic Social Care Team has proven that the social risk is serious.
