Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.- Beneficiaries. Natural persons, private legal entities, communities of property and other legally constituted entities without legal personality, all of them for profit, that carry out the actions covered by the subsidy may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided they meet the requirements and obligations required in each case. Second.- Object. The granting of public subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at the acquisition, adaptation or renewal of work equipment in work centers in Castilla y León, with the aim of improving their working conditions, adapting them to criteria of greater effectiveness in the management of occupational health and safety. Third.- Regulatory Bases. These subsidies are regulated by Order IEM/719/2023, of May 30, which approves the regulatory bases for public subsidies aimed at improving health and safety conditions at work through the acquisition, adaptation or renewal of work equipment in work centers in Castilla y León, published in the B.O.C. and L. of June 6, 2023. Fourth.- Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 2,000,000 euros. In accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León and in order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications, the credits assigned to this call may be increased during its validity by an additional amount for an amount not exceeding 100% of the total. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, and, where applicable, the appropriate budget modification, and will be published without implying, in any case, the opening of a new period for submitting applications. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days counting from the first business day following the publication of this extract of the call.
