In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Administrative Management of Educational Centers Management of Educational Centers Area of Social and Cultural Promotion The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, in a session on March 26, 2024, has approved the following call for the administrative procedure for the granting of individual scholarships for students of the artistic teaching centers of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, for the 2023/2024 academic year: First. Beneficiaries Students taking Higher Level Training Cycles in the Art and Design Schools of the Provincial Council of Tarragona (Tarragona and Reus centers), excluding the final projects of the training cycles of the LOGSE Plan and other non-regulated study programs. Second. Purpose To grant financial aid, through individual scholarships, aimed at the official students of the Provincial Council's Schools of Art and Design in the Reus and Tarragona centers, to facilitate the completion of artistic studies for the 2023/2024 academic year. Third. Subsidized activities The amount paid for the public registration prices (2023/2024 academic year) of the Higher Level Training Cycles of artistic education taught in the Art and Design Schools of the Provincial Council in the centers of Reus and Tarragona. Room. Specific regulatory bases General Bases for Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Fifth. Budget credit and maximum amount Budget application: 2024/2020/326/48000/01 Maximum total amount: 70,000 euros. This maximum amount can be extended according to the requests received and budget availability. Sixth. Amount to be awarded The amount equivalent to the percentage (from 85% to 100%, according to the assessment criteria in point 7 of the call) that must be applied to the public price paid by students for the registration of each module/subject/training unit (2023/2024 academic year). Seventh. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until May 13, 2024. Eighth. Form of submission of applications a) By electronic means through the specific procedure available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat/ b) In person, on paper, at the Registration Assistance Offices enabled by the Provincial Council of Tarragona, preferably with a prior appointment made by telephone 977296617 (Tarragona) or 977448662 (Tortosa), or through the Provincial Council's appointment application (https://citaprevia.ubintia.com/dipta/?idioma=es_ES#nbb), from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
