Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities or organizations may be beneficiaries of the aid, whose primary institutional objective is the representation and defense of the interests of victims of traffic accidents, and that also meet the requirements detailed in article 3 of the regulatory bases. The associate members of the beneficiary entity who undertake to carry out all or part of the activities that support the granting of the subsidy in the name and on behalf of the former will also be considered beneficiaries. Groups of organizations without legal personality that meet the requirements established in the first paragraph of this section may also be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Object. The subsidies will be used to finance the implementation of projects aimed at the general population or groups at specific risk, whose objective is the prevention of traffic accidents or the reduction of their consequences, giving priority to those that align with the priority areas of action that, for this purpose, are established by the General Directorate of Traffic in each call. Projects will also be financed to provide direct care to victims of traffic accidents that include actions aimed at minimizing the impact of accidents both in the field of physical and mental health, as well as in the areas of legal guidance and socio-labor reintegration. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this call are included in Order INT/202/2018, of February 28, (B.O.E. of March 2), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for programs to be developed by non-profit entities or organizations, whose primary objective is the care, defense or representation of victims of traffic accidents and their families. Room. Amount. The total amount allocated to this aid is 550,000 euros. The individual amount assigned to each beneficiary will be established in direct relation to the estimated cost and the score that the evaluation commission grants to the projects presented. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other data. The subsidy application must be accompanied by an explanatory report of the substantial characteristics of the applicant entity, a report with the description and economic estimate of each of the projects for which aid is requested, as well as the additional documentation listed in provision 5, section four, of the call resolution. A maximum of five projects may be submitted per applicant, with a limit of €50,000 of estimated expenses for each of them, with the maximum amount to be awarded per project being €30,000.
