* * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3, letter b) and 20.8, * letter a), of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies, the extract of the calls is published, the full text of which * can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * * First: Object. * Call for the financial year 2024, subsidies aimed at reducing * for farmers the extra cost of extracting water from wells and * galleries, desalination and/or production of regenerated water for * agricultural irrigation in the Canary Islands, regulated in the Order of the Ministry of * Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, of March 24, 2023 (B.O.C. no. 63, of * 03/30/2023) approving the regulatory bases for said * subsidies. * * Second: Beneficiaries. * Public or private entities that supply water for agricultural irrigation * from wells, galleries, seawater desalination facilities and/or * production of regenerated water may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are being called. Possible beneficiaries include Local Entities, Public Law Corporations, public companies or estates and communities of Canarian waters, established under Law 12/1990, of July 26, on Canary Islands Waters, and the user communities provided for in state water legislation. * Individuals or legal entities that produce water for agricultural irrigation may also be beneficiaries of these subsidies. * In addition to the requirements indicated above, the * petitioners must comply with the others established in the regulatory bases for the * granting of said subsidies approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of March 24, 2023 (B.O.C. no. 63, * of 03.30.2023) * * * Third: Regulatory bases. * Order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of March 24, 2023 (B.O.C. nº 63, of 03/30/2023) approving the bases * regulating the granting of subsidies intended to reduce the * extra cost of extracting water from wells and galleries, * desalination and/or producing reclaimed water for agricultural irrigation * in the Canary Islands. * * Fourth: Amount. * Credits from the General Budgets * of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands in the amount of EIGHT MILLION * EUROS (€8,000,000) are allocated to this call, charged to the budget application * 1310.412A.4700200.P.I. 134G0496 "Aid for water treatment and communities * irrigation wells" * * Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. * The deadline for submitting applications will be ONE (1) MONTH counted from * the day following the publication of this extract in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands, through the single electronic headquarters of the * Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands * (https://sede.gobiernodecanarias.org), adjusted to the standardized model * that will be accessible at said headquarters.
