Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS and Annex III of the Bases that regulate the subsidy, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of Subsidies for the installation of the identification sign exclusively in Basque and/or the corporate image of the establishment in Basque or bilingual. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Specifically, natural or legal persons who meet the following requirements will be able to access these subsidies, provided that they do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of the LGS: Have the corresponding municipal license for the opening of the establishment in Elgoibar and/or for the installation of the sign. 3. Subsidy amount Amount: €2,000 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications to obtain subsidies, addressed to the convening body and signed by the beneficiary or person representing him/her, along with the attached documentation, will be from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa (BOG) until October 30. Applications will be delivered electronically or in person at the Citizen Services Office (Santa Ana kalea, no. 2). The bases and the standardized application form are available in the Basque Department of the City Council, euskara@elgoibar.eus, and on the official website of the Elgoibar City Council www.elgoibar.eus.
