Extract from the call for subsidies for the promotion of neighborhood festivals 2024 Purpose: 1. Subsidies are called for the promotion of neighborhood festivals held by associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations that traditionally hold or have held parties in the neighborhoods of Burriana during 2024. 2. These grants are intended to promote the celebration of traditional events and activities typical of each neighborhood festival, by carrying out cultural and recreational-festive activities. that contribute to enriching coexistence and the conservation and recovery of popular traditions. The festivals that are intended to be promoted are the following: Festivals in the La Bosca neighborhood, Santa Bárbara Festivals, Carmen Festivals, Grao Festivals and Ecce-Homo Festivals. Beneficiaries: Associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations may be beneficiaries, prior to the publication of the extract of these rules in the Official Gazette of the Province, when their territorial scope of action and the association's own purposes coincide with the planned action and the neighborhood festival that is intended to be promoted. In addition, they must meet the requirements of: - Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the Tax Agency and Social Security, as well as with the City Council - Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and compliance with obligations to reimburse subsidies that, where appropriate, are they would have demanded. The Burriana City Council may finance up to 100% of the total cost of the activity or project. 2. The maximum eligible amount per activity/project and per entity will be 2,500 euros (VAT included). Only one project/activity per entity will be eligible for subsidies. Submission of applications: Applications will be submitted in the electronic registry of the Burriana City Council, as established in article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, using the specific electronic procedure: Neighborhood Party Subsidies 2024, attaching the standardized models established for this purpose. Submission period: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the EXTRACT OF THE CALL in the Official Gazette of the Province.
