Official description of the call
FIRST: OBJECT The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid, on a competitive basis, for those associations, clubs and groups legally constituted and duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, with headquarters in the municipality of Huesca and whose preferred scope of action is the aforementioned city and its municipal area, that have organized a specific sporting event on the occasion of the San Vicente Festival and/or the San Jorge and San Lorenzo festivities, during the year 2023, and for this reason they can be included within the corresponding official festival program, in accordance with the General Ordinance in which the regulatory bases for granting subsidies of the Huesca City Council are approved, published in the Official Gazette of the Province, No. 69 dated April 13, 2016. SECOND: AMOUNT OF THE CALL The maximum global amount allocated to all subsidies will be 13,000 € (THIRTEEN THOUSAND EUROS), which will be charged to item 08 33800 48000 FESTIVE EVENTS. OTHER TRANSFERS. THIRD: EVALUATION CRITERIA The activity that receives financial support will be selected based on the following evaluation criteria: Interest, tradition in programming, impact for the city and the attending public, up to 35 p. The continuity and trajectory of the association in the organization of sports activities, until 15 p. Type of activity, location and the date of the competition, as long as they coincide with the programming proposed by the Festival Commission, until 10 p.m. The economic cost of the competition: own contribution / contribution from other entities: self-financing level, up to 10 p. The sporting level and scope of the test or competition to be carried out, up to 10 p. Number of athletes/clubs participating in the activity, up to 10 p. Number of athletes aged between 14 and 18 years, up to 10 p. FOURTH: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca.
