2024 CALL FOR GRANTS FROM THE SPORTS DELEGATION OF THE HEIFER. CITY COUNCIL OF TWO SISTERS APPLICATION TO HELP LINES FOR PARTICIPATION IN SUPERIOR FEDERATED NATIONAL COMPETITIONS

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Sports entities registered in the Andalusian Registry of Sports Entities that participate in absolute federated competition in maximum and sub-maximum categories (1st and 2nd national category) and in other federated competitions higher than the D.F.B. may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. (3rd and 4th national or assimilated category), of the most relevant national sports leagues, as well as the Olympic sports modalities whose competition is carried out according to the definition made in the annex to Decree 336/2009, of September 22, which regulates Performance Sports in Andalusia, for type I teams according to Annex, 2.2.2.b.2. for participation in one of the main official national or international federative championships. In the case of the sports modality of football, given that it represents the sport with the greatest national implementation and the largest volume of federated licenses (far removed from the next federated sports modality), which results in a greater difficulty of competitive progression due to the high number of practitioners, teams and official competition categories, in addition to being the modality with the largest number of federated athletes in teams in our city, among the sports clubs registered in the Andalusian Registry of Sports Entities that participate in competitions. federated in an absolute category, only those who do so in the highest level category of those in the city (from the highest existing category to a sixth category or level), in this case assimilating the fourth, fifth and sixth levels to a fourth national category, with recognition, where appropriate, of the lower levels up to the sixth as an assimilated lower national level. Among all the teams that make up said clubs, these aids will always refer to the club team that, fully belonging to the organizational and legal structure of the requesting sports entity, participates in the sports competition of the highest absolute federation category. In the event that two or more teams in the same category compete in the same club, the club must designate in its subsidy application the team considered to be the highest representative of the club's absolute category, for the sole purposes of these help lines. Second. Purpose: In order to promote the participation of local sports entities, with a sufficiently representative number of licenses, in national, higher-level federated sports competitions that adopt the format of team league championships, the most prominent sports modalities in our country as well as those that, due to the very nature of the sports modality, are developed in the format of official federated championships of a national or international nature. Third. Regulatory bases. For the current budget year, a maximum of 272,600.00 euros is allocated to this call for subsidies, of which a maximum of €140,000.00 will be allocated for Line 1 of aid to local sports entities that participate in federated competitions of the highest and sub-highest level (1st and 2nd national category) and €132,600.00 for Line 2 of aid. to local sports entities that participate in other federated competitions higher than Federated Grassroots Sports (3rd and 4th national or assimilated categories). In the event that there is an unused surplus in the Help Line for local sports entities that participate in federated competitions of the highest and sub-highest level (1st and 2nd national category), it will increase the amount available for Line 2 of help for local sports entities that participate in other federated competitions higher than Federated Grassroots Sports (3rd and 4th national or assimilated categories). In no case will the amount of the subsidy to be received be of such an amount that, in competition with other subsidies for the same purpose from other Public Administrations or public entities, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity to be carried out by the beneficiary.
