Official description of the call

The Provincial Council of Valladolid announces this scholarship with the aim of promoting training, research and study on subjects related to dramatic art and the different performing arts. Therefore, we proceed to call for this scholarship in accordance with the following RULES First. - Legal Regime This call is made in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valladolid, approved by Plenary Agreement dated February 24, 2006, and published in BOP No. 54, dated March 6, 2006 and is framed within the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Provincial Council of Valladolid, year 2024, which is included as an annex to the general budget (D.A. First BEP 2024), approved by the Plenary initially in the session held on November 24, 2023, and elevated to final BOP No. 2023/244 of 12/22/2023, and whose objective is to promote training, research and study in the field of theater, dance and dramatic expression in general. This call will be governed by the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS), in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the General Regulations of Subsidies (RGS), and by the rest of the applicable legislation. Second. - Purpose The Provincial Council of Valladolid announces the "Province of Valladolid Dramatic Art Scholarship, year 2024" in order to encourage, promote and stimulate training, research and expansion or improvement of studies in the field of theater, dance, circus, clowning, and dramatic expression in general. Third. - Participants Young performing artists or dramatic art students may attend, who are under 36 years of age on the closing date of the application submission period, and who are natural or registered in a municipality in the province of Valladolid. The call for the scholarship will be made public in the BOP of Valladolid (via extract), on the website of the Provincial Council of Valladolid, and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Quarter. - Amount of the scholarship 4.1 The scholarship is endowed with the amount of five thousand euros (€5,000.00), and is attributed to the budgetary application 204.33400.48100 of the Provincial Council's Budget for the year 2024. 4.2 This amount will be subject to the withholdings that are legally appropriate. ? Fifth. - Duration of the scholarship and method of payment The maximum duration of the scholarship will be 10 months, from the date of the resolution in which it is granted. The payment will be single and will be made in advance, with the character "to be justified." Sixth. - Requests and documentation 6.1 Requests will be directed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Excma. Provincial Council of Valladolid, in accordance with the standardized model included as Annex I. The presentation of the applications and the accompanying documentation will be carried out at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Valladolid: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles?processdef=CULBAD/ It may also be submitted by any of the means established in article 16.4 of the Law. 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure. 6.2 The application must be accompanied by: ? Detailed project, indicating title, content, objectives pursued and execution schedule. ? Photocopy of ID. ? Registration certificate. ? Photocopy of the academic and professional qualification. ? Curriculum vitae. The project and resume will be presented in digital format and, if desired, also on paper. Seventh. - Submission period The application submission period begins the day after the publication of the extract of these regulatory bases in the BOP of Valladolid and will end on September 30, 2024 (inclusive). The provisional list of admitted and excluded applications will be published, within the following three days, in the Scholarships section, Aid and Subsidies Section of the Citizenship tab of the Valladolid Provincial Council website. Likewise, said document will be available, from that date, for those who wish to consult it, in the Education and Culture Service of this Provincial Institution (Avda. Ramón y Cajal nº 5), during public service hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
