Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Young Spaniards who meet the requirements indicated for each of the programs established in the corresponding annexes to the call. Second. Purpose of the call: Grant aid for the training of young Spaniards, in the terms set out in the sections and annexes I, II and III of the call, for each of the following programs: COOPERATION Program: training scholarships for young Spaniards for training in development cooperation management in the Spanish Cooperation Offices (OCE) and in the specialized Spanish Cooperation Offices - Training Centers (CF). Annex I of the call. CULT Program: training scholarships for young Spaniards for training in cultural management and scientific diplomacy in the foreign network of diplomatic representations and in the specialized Spanish cooperation offices - Cultural Centers (CC). Annex II of the call. COE Program: scholarships for the training of young Spaniards in European affairs at the College of Europe. Annex III of the call. Third. Regulatory bases: Order AEC/1098/2005, of April 11, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, scholarships and aid for training, research, exchange, promotion, and travel and stay of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (BOE no. 99, of April 26, 2005). Fourth Amount: Total amount: 2,657,850.00 euros. The provision of an individual scholarship is detailed in section 6 of the resolution of the call and in each of the programs listed in Annexes I, II, and III of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. COOPERATION Program: training scholarships for young Spaniards for training in development cooperation management in the Spanish Cooperation Offices (OCE) and in the specialized Spanish Cooperation Offices - Training Centers (CF). Annex I of the call. From April 17 to 30, 2024. CULT program: training scholarships for young Spaniards for training in cultural management and scientific diplomacy in the foreign network of diplomatic representations and in the specialized Spanish cooperation offices - Cultural Centers (CC). Annex II of the call. From April 17 to 30, 2024. COE Program: scholarships for the training of young Spaniards in European affairs at the College of Europe. Annex III of the call. From April 23 to May 8, 2024. The time regime for calculating deadlines will be established in accordance with the official calendar, date and time published in the AECID Electronic Headquarters. All deadlines will end on the days specified at 1:00:00 p.m. of the AECID telematic registry. Sixth. Other information of interest. Applications must be completed duly and entirely in Spanish, in the corresponding form, electronically, created at www.aecid.gob.es, in a complete and truthful manner. Before filling out the online scholarship application form, interested parties must be registered in the AECID electronic headquarters, citizen's folder, for identification and notification purposes. In accordance with article 10.3 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure, interested parties duly identified in the citizen's folder will be admitted as a signature of the application by electronically sending the electronic form in which their will and consent is expressly stated. The scholarship application will be made for a single program. The documentation, related to each program in the call, will be attached to the electronic form in pdf format. In accordance with Order AEC/2776/2011, of October 7, communication with the AECID using only electronic means is mandatory.
