BDNS: 753802 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Andalusian Government. First. Object. 1. For the year 2024, the granting of aid is called, under a competitive competition regime, for the measure to promote associations aimed at partially financing operating expenses, for line 4, promotion of self-employment, regulated in the Order of December 2, 2016, which establishes the regulatory bases of the Program to support the creation, consolidation and improvement of the competitiveness of self-employment companies. 2. In accordance with article 28.2 of the aforementioned order, the aid granted is intended to contribute to the partial financing of the operating expenses of the entities listed in article 29.2, to facilitate the fulfillment of their own purposes. Second. Legal regime. Applications processed under this call will be governed in all aspects by the provisions of the Order of December 2, 2016. Third. Credits available. 1. The aid to be granted will be financed with the provisions that the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the financial year 2024 and annuity 2025 allocates to actions regarding self-employment in the field of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employed Work, specifically in program 72C "Self-Employed Work and Social Economy", financed with its own funds, as summarized below: Line 4. Promotion of self-employment. MEASURE BUDGET ITEM SOURCE OF FINANCING TOTAL AMOUNT ANNUALITY 2024 ANNUALITY 2025 PROMOTION OF ASSOCIATIONISM 1000010063 G/72C/48000/00 01 Service 01 €3,000,000 €1,500,000 €1,500,000 The The amount allocated to the call for the year 2024 is 3,000,000 euros, of which 1,500,000 euros will be charged to the 2024 budget and 1,500,000 euros will be charged to a future annuity. 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 34.2.2 of the Order of December 2, 2016, the determination of the individualized amounts of subsidies for operating expenses will be carried out by distributing the credits assigned to the entities indicated in article 29.2 among the beneficiary entities, in proportion to the score obtained by applying the objective criteria for granting this aid included in article 31.2.2. 3. In accordance with the provisions of article 3.3 of the aforementioned Order, multi-year spending commitments may be acquired as established in article 40 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2. 4. The body competent to grant aid may revoke the call in order to comply with the regulatory regulations and the objectives of budgetary stability and financial sustainability, provided that it has not yet been the subject of a granting resolution. All of this in accordance with the provisions of article 29.2 of Law 1/2022, of December 27, on the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2024. Fourth. Beneficiary entities and requirements. 1. In accordance with article 29.2 of the Order of December 2, 2016, professional associations of self-employment, registered in the corresponding registry of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, as well as trade union and business organizations of Andalusia that have recognized support for self-employment among their purposes, may be beneficiaries of the measure to promote associations. 2. In any case, the entities requesting the aid called by this Resolution must comply with the requirements established in the aforementioned article. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for this aid will be 20 business days counting from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
