EXTRACT OF THE CALL Extract from the Resolution of the Local Government Board dated April 8, 2024 by which subsidies are called for young people in the municipality of Sils, student enrollment in official leisure education courses, through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First.- Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies granted by the City Council of Sils for the payment of a part of the registration fee for the leisure monitor or director courses to obtain the qualifications issued by the Generalitat of Catalonia and to establish the criteria and procedure. Second.- Regulatory bases The specific bases, regulating the granting of these subsidies for young people of the municipality, student enrollment in official leisure education courses, are published on the Sils City Council website, https://sils.cat/lajuntament/bases-subvencions/. Third.- Amount of aid Aid will be granted on the expense assumed individually by each applicant, with a maximum of 50% of the registration fee and a maximum of €85 per year and per person; In no case will it exceed the amount provided by the municipal budget. Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications and maximum number of grants Twenty days from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, notice board and e-board. The maximum number of grants will be 6 grants for the year 2024.
