Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier, and on the Education Portal of the Junta de Castilla y León (http://www.educa.jcyl.es). First. Beneficiaries. The associations of mothers and fathers of students in the Community of Castilla y León constituted in public and private educational centers, which teach early childhood education, primary education, compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate, vocational training, special regime teachings, as well as special education centers, which are registered in the census that depends on the competent ministry in matters of education. Second. Object. Call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at financing educational participation activities carried out by associations of mothers and fathers of non-university education students in the Community of Castilla y León for the 2022-2023 academic year. Third. Regulatory bases. Order EDU/151/2023, of February 2, published in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” No. 27, of February 9, 2023; modified by Order EDU/227/2024, of March 15, published in the “Official Gazette of Castilla y León” No. 60, of March 25, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The individualized amount of the subsidy to be granted to each beneficiary will not exceed the limit of ONE THOUSAND EUROS (€1,000.00) nor the amount requested by the recipient. In the event that the amount of the amounts to be subsidized does not exceed the maximum overall amount allocated to the subsidies, the requested amount will be granted. In the event that the amount of the amounts to be subsidized exceeds the maximum overall amount established in each call, the exception provided for in article 22.1 of LAW 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will be applied, prorating the amounts. In this case, the amount assigned to each beneficiary will be calculated proportionally to the points obtained, multiplying the score obtained by each applicant in accordance with the assessment criteria provided for in article 8 by the amount resulting from dividing the available credit of each call by the number of total points assigned. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this order in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.
