* * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. letter b) and 20.8. * letter a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, * the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be * consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * First: Beneficiaries. * The owners of agricultural holdings in the Canary Islands that meet the * requirements demanded in base 7 established by Order of February 5, * 2024, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty, which approves the regulatory bases for the * granting of subsidies that correspond to certain * rural development interventions provided for within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) for the period 2023-* 2027 in the Canary Islands (BOC no. 32, of February 13, 2024), in addition to those * provided for in the eighth resolution of the Order to which this * extract refers. * * Second: Object. * * Investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings, in * the field of agriculture, provided for in letter c) of base 1 * established by Order of February 5, 2024, of the Ministry of * Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty (BOC No. 32, of * 13.2.2024). * * Third: Regulatory bases. * * This call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved * by the Order of February 5, 2024, of the Ministry of Agriculture, * Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty, which approves the * regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies that * correspond to certain rural development interventions * planned within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy * (PEPAC) for the period 2023-2027 in the Canary Islands (BOC no. 32, of February 13, 2024). * * Fourth: Amount. * * The total amount of the call is three million five hundred thousand * euros (€3,500,000.00), in accordance with the provisions of the Fourth Resolution of the Order to which this extract refers, distributed as follows: * * Selection procedure * Amount (€) * 2024 * 1,000,000.00 * 2025 * 1,000,000.00 * 2026 * 700,000.00 * 2027 * 400,000.00 * 2028 * 400,000.00 * * * The credits assigned to each selection procedure, except for * 2024, will be conditional on the existence of adequate and * sufficient credit in each period, and the approval of said expense in the * terms established in section 2 of the first Resolution of the Order * to which this extract refers. * * The co-financing of 80% of the European Union is not determined in this * call, but will be paid directly to those who are * beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called, through the * Paying Body of European Agricultural Funds. * * Fifth.
