Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries The public and private Universities that have been granted the organization, of one or more sports modalities, of the final phase of the CEU 2024 will be able to access the status of beneficiaries of this aid through a Resolution that resolves the celebration of the 2024 Spanish University Championships convened by the Higher Sports Council and the organizing entities thereof. Second: Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting under a competitive competition regime of subsidies intended to defray the expenses derived from the organization of the Spanish University Championships 2024 (CEU 2024). Third: Regulatory Bases. The call will be governed by this Resolution, Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as its development Regulation approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, by Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, of regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the Higher Sports Council, and the other current regulations that result. applicable. Fourth: Amount. The amount of subsidies to be distributed under this call will be set based on the project budget, the documentation provided by the applicants and the availability of the budget application for Program 336A 453 “To public universities for state university sports activities” and Program 336A 478 “To private universities for state university sports activities”. The maximum total amounts of these subsidies will be 480,000.00 euros for public universities and 70,000.00 euros for private universities. Fifth. Deadline and application procedure. Applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days, starting from the day following the publication in the BOE of the extract of this Resolution. Pursuant to the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications must be submitted electronically through the CSD Electronic Headquarters, accessible at the electronic address (procedure number 201594): https://sede.csd.gob.es/oficinavirtual/FichaTramite.aspx?coSia=2409277&idRes=39 Applications must be signed using an advanced electronic signature, in accordance with the provisions on electronic signature in the aforementioned Law 39/2015. The aid must be requested through a standardized application, available at the CSD Electronic Headquarters, which must be signed in all cases by the rector of the university or legal representative authorized by power of attorney or statutory provision of said federation. This application must be accompanied by the documents and annexes expressed in the reference Call. Sixth. Other administrative and procedural data. The instructing body of the procedure is the General Directorate of Sports, in accordance with the provisions of article 8.4b) of Royal Decree 460/2015, of June 5, which approves the CSD Statute. The financial allocation will be fixed and the payment of the subsidies granted will be made from the date of their acceptance by the beneficiary and their payment will be made in a single payment and in advance of the completion of the subsidized activity and without requiring a guarantee, or later in the case of championships that have already been held prior to the date of the Final Resolution. The justification of the subsidies by the beneficiaries will be carried out by means of a supporting account presented in accordance with the provisions of the call and the Fourteenth Base, point 3, of Order ECD/2681/2012, of December 12, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies and aid by the CSD, and with the provisions of the CSD Budgeting and Justification Guide. The maximum period to present the justification will be three months from the date of payment, or three months from the end of the activity, in the event that the competition has not been held at the time of payment.
