Official description of the call

1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are included in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Consell de Mallorca. (Approved by Plenary Agreement of December 23, 2016 BOIB no. 21, of 02/18/2017-, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 14, 2018 BOIB no. 96, of 08/04/2018). 2. Purpose This call aims to promote cinematographic and audiovisual production, promoting a cinematographic cultural fabric of Mallorca and, consequently, creating quality products for national and international markets. 3. Beneficiaries In accordance with the provisions of point 4 of the call, beneficiaries may be people who, being registered in an IAE heading in the audiovisual production sector, are: • Natural persons (self-employed or individual entrepreneurs) residing in Mallorca on the date of publication in the BOIB of the extract of this call. • Legal entities that have their tax domicile in Mallorca, before the publication of this call. • Communities of goods that carry out their activity in Mallorca. 4. Budget allocation During the 2024 budget year, a total of €436,000.00 is allocated for the aid of this call, of which €36,000.00 goes to line 1, a credit of €300,000.00 for line 2 and €100,000.00 for line 3. 5. Submission of applications Applications can be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands. The documentation that must be presented to request aid is listed in point 10 of the call.
