Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Neighborhood associations that are legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations of the City Council of Ibiza prior to the end of the deadline for submitting applications and that meet the requirements of this call and the specific applicable regulations may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies in the field of Citizen Participation by the Iivissa City Council, aimed at those neighborhood associations of the municipality of Iivissa that promote the implementation and programming of activities included in a project that intensifies social participation in the municipality, and specifically, in the neighborhood in which they carry out their activity. Third. Regulatory bases. Specific regulatory bases for the call for subsidies intended for neighborhood associations under a competitive competition regime, for activity projects that favor the revitalization and participation of associations in the field of citizen participation, in the municipality of Eivissa for the year 2024. Published on the electronic headquarters (https://eivissa.sedelectronica.es) Fourth. Amount. The global amount of the credit available to distribute among the beneficiary entities of the subsidy is determined on the basis of the allocation, which in the general budgets is the one contemplated in this call within the budget application 92400 48901 with a total of 115,000 euros of subsidy in the year 2024. The amount of the subsidy will be determined according to the following criteria: - No subsidy may exceed the maximum amount of 17,500 euros. - No subsidy may exceed, in any case, the percentage of 100% of the eligible expense. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen (15) calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOIB.
