Rey Juan Carlos University Extract from the RESOLUTION OF THE RECTOR MAGFCO. OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY, BY WHICH THE REGULATORY BASES AND THE CALL FOR STAFF MOBILITY FOR TEACHING AND TRAINING ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC, IN THE YEAR 2024, WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM, PROMOTED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION BDNS: 755098 In accordance with the provisions of the articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Participants: The staff of the Rey Juan Carlos University who wish to carry out physical mobility to teach or receive training in a higher education institution, in a company or any other workplace, from other countries may participate in this call. The applicant must be staff of the Rey Juan Carlos University both at the time of submitting the application and at the end of the Second stay. Object. The purpose of this base is to call for places and staff mobility aid for teaching and training, in the year 2024, aimed at the staff of the Rey Juan Carlos University, with an initial aid of 137,733 euros distributed as follows: -The European Union, through SEPIE, Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education Erasmus+ Program, PROY 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000123035, allocates a total of €67,733 for teaching (STA) and training (STT), following the guidelines established by the European Commission for the Erasmus+ Programme, under Regulation (EU) No. 2021/817 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 20, 2021, which creates the Erasmus+ program, the Union's action program in the fields of education and training, youth and sport, for the period of the multiannual financial framework 2021-2027 -The URJC contributes the amount of €70,000 for the same purpose. Third. Regulatory bases. The call is regulated by the rules published on the electronic notice board of the Rey Juan Carlos University. https://sede.urjc.es/tablon-oficial Fourth. Amount. The purpose of the aid is to help cover travel and individual aid expenses during your period abroad, following the criteria and amounts established in the Program Guide and by the SEPIE. The beneficiary will receive their aid (individual and travel expenses), financed by the European Union through the SEPIE, charged to the budget application 30 VC RI 24 03 423A 483.01, or financed by the URJC, charged to the budget application 30 VC RI SR 423A 483.06. of the expenses budget of the Vice-Rector for International Relations corresponding to the year 2024. The allocation for travel expenses and assistance with stay costs will be subject to what is established by current national regulations regarding possible taxation or exemption from it. The aid will be subject to the regulations, applicable at all times, in tax matters, regarding withholding of Personal Income Tax and Social Security contributions, in accordance with the provisions of article 5.3. section j) of the Regulations for processing subsidies to be granted by the Rey Juan Carlos University. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Presentation location. The application will be presented by SEDE ELECTRÓNICA, at the following link: https://sede.urjc.es/web/guest/convocatorias Séptimo. Resolution of aid and Resources. The final resolution of the procedure will occur before December 31, 2024. In response to the final resolution, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed with the Rector within a period of one month from the day following publication or, alternatively, a contentious-administrative appeal within a period of 2 months from the same day. If funds continue to be available after the first award, a new application submission period will be opened, which will be published in a timely manner.
