BDNS (identif.): 755125 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: "http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index"http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/ First. Object The object of this resolution is the call for aid to finance the hiring of educators with regard to training, information, dissemination and awareness among citizens and waste generating companies, in the management of domestic waste. Second. Beneficiary entities. 1.- Beneficiary entities of the aid regulated by these bases will be the local entities of the Valencian Community that, by virtue of Law 7/2022, of April 8, on waste and contaminated soils for a circular economy and Law 5/2022, of November 29, of the Generalitat, on waste and contaminated soils for the promotion of the circular economy in the Valencian Community, provide, as a mandatory service, the collection, transportation and treatment of domestic waste generated in homes, businesses and services in their respective territorial areas. 2.-Aid may be requested by local entities that provide such services either independently (municipalities) or through an association of several local entities (metropolitan areas, associations, or provincial councils) in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime and in article 12.5 of Law 7/2022. 3.- The consortiums and metropolitan entities established for the execution of the zonal waste plans established in the Waste Plan of the Valencian Community (hereinafter PIRCVA) and in the approval orders of the same will also be considered beneficiary entities of the aid, by virtue of the provisions of article 7.3 of Law 7/2022, of April 8, on waste and contaminated soils and in the article 108 of Law 8/2010, of June 23, of the Generalitat, on the Local Regime of the Valencian Community (hereinafter CV Local Regime Law). 4.- Likewise, provincial councils may be beneficiaries of the aid, by virtue of the powers attributed to them by article 7 of the LRCV and in article 50 of Law 8/2010, of June 23, on the local regime of the Valencian Community. Provincial councils may submit a request for each task of group management of services entrusted to them. Third. Regulatory bases Order 19/2021, of October 4, of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, by which the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the hiring of environmental educators in local entities are approved, within the framework of the Comprehensive Waste Plan of the Valencian Community (DOGV 9194 of November 14, 2021) Fourth. Financing of aid The maximum global amount will be 441,892.26, and will be financed from the credit of line S0528 of Chapter IV, budget program of 442B00 Quality and Environmental Education, Application: G01080203.442B00, of the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline Applications for aid will be submitted electronically within ten business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Community and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Quality and Environmental Education.
