Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the subsidy call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the notice board of the electronic headquarters of the Quart City Council of Poblet, (https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/tablóndeanuncios). 1.- Beneficiaries: Those communities of owners of the municipality of Quart de Poblet, who are legally constituted and non-profit, (accredited by the CIF document), whose old buildings are susceptible to rehabilitation of facades, roofs and downspouts in everything that affects the common parts of the aforementioned elements, and who meet the requirements established in section 3 of the Regulatory Bases of said aid, may apply for the subsidy. 2.- Object: Promote the rehabilitation of facades, roofs, downspouts and connection works to the sewage of the sanitation network in buildings for collective residential use, located in the municipality of Quart de Poblet that are equal to or greater than 30 years old since the constitution of the new construction deed. 3.- Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Quart de Poblet City Council approved definitively (BOP no. 89 dated May 12, 2021). 4.- Amount: the maximum global amount intended to cover the aid referred to in this call amounts to a total amount of 12,000 euros, charged to budgetary application 1522-48901 of the Municipal Budget for the year 2024. The maximum amount of the subsidy will not exceed ten percent (10%) of the effective cost of the works and rehabilitation works, setting a maximum amount of two thousand five hundred euros (€2,500) per community of owners. 5.- Deadline and form of submission of applications: The application will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the City Council accessible from the website (https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/carpetaciudadana/tramite/instancia general), by means of a request addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council of Quart de Poblet, and will be signed electronically using an electronic signature based on a recognized electronic certificate, in accordance with the provisions of the law. 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Procedure of Public Administrations, by the president or authorized representative of the community of owners. They may also submit the application in any of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPACAP). The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until September 13, 2024. In addition, the call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) as well as on the notice board of the electronic headquarters of the Quart de Poblet City Council. Which is published for general knowledge and in compliance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Document electronically signed by the Secretary of the Quart de Poblet City Council, Mr. José Llavata Gascón, on the date indicated in the margin.
