Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Individuals, clubs and entities and public and private sports institutions, companies and professionals in the sports sector, associations and federations that meet the following requirements may participate in the modality of social initiatives and projects: 1) That have their registered office (entities) or domicile (individuals) in the Valencian Community 2) That have developed a sports project in the Valencian Community between January 2022 and August 2024 for the purposes set out in this call. 3) That they present and duly complete the documentation required in the corresponding section of this call. In the TFM or TFG modality, students of any official degree from Spanish universities who have completed and approved their work in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 academic years. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to recognize the best Master's and Degree Final Projects and promote the best social innovation projects in the field of sports, which develop the social function of physical activity and sport in favor of integration and the fight against social inequalities, and stand out for the innovation and social reach of their results in one of the following priority lines: 1) Prevention of sedentary lifestyle in the school population. 2) Integration of groups in situations of social vulnerability. 3) Promotion of real and effective gender equality. 4) Promotion of physical activity in the workplace. Third. Regulatory bases Accessible at: https://www.catedraupvesports.com/premios Cuarto. Amount 5 prizes of €2,000 each are established for the best initiatives presented. Four prizes of €1,000 each are established for the best works presented. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will be open from the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana and ends on September 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
