Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: All municipalities in the province of Valencia with up to 20,000 inhabitants will be eligible for this aid. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies to encourage the participation of the municipalities of the province of Valencia in the drafting of European projects, either as a leading partner or as a non-leading partner within a partnership, or as the sole promoter agent of a European project in which the constitution of a partnership is not required. Third. Regulatory bases. The General Subsidies Ordinance (OGS) of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by agreement of the Plenary of March 28, 2017 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 101, of May 29, 2017, modified by Plenary agreement of March 28, 2023, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 66, of April 4, 2023. Fourth. Amount. The maximum eligible amounts will be granted according to the population of the municipality. These maximum eligible amounts will be the following: For municipalities with up to 5,000 inhabitants: €10,000 (VAT included). For municipalities with 5,001 to 20,000 inhabitants: €7,500 (VAT included) Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPV. Sixth. Other data. The request must be signed by the representative of the entity, and will be addressed to the president of the Provincial Council of Valencia, it will be formalized through the electronic processing module of the Provincial Council of Valencia - City Council Folder - European Funds and must attach the following documentation: a) Summary or synopsis of the European Project proposal to be written, with specification of the European Union Funds Program to which it is intended to participate (EUROPE HORIZON, EUROPE CREATIVE, CERV, ERASMUS +, LIFE +, INTERREG, etc.); indication of the territorial scope of the European Project proposal b) Budget or detailed pro forma invoices issued by the suppliers that are intended to be contracted for the drafting of the European Project, with the concepts related to said drafting. c) Certificate from the Secretariat of the applicant entity that indicates the population of the municipality in the period of submission of applications for this call; if the municipality has a municipal territorial strategic plan prepared or updated that is less than ten years old and that defines the needs of the municipality (if available, it is worth indicating the territorial strategic plan available to the municipality (Urban Agenda, PMUS, PUAM, etc.); and if the municipality is at risk of depopulation.
